We believe quality products should be paired with reliable service. Polar Pal heaters are built to last and designed simple, low-maintenance operation that most owners can handle themselves. For those times when additional support is needed, our service centre allows us to inspect, diagnose, and maintain Polar Pal heaters using genuine replacement parts and trained technicians.

2. How Our Service Process Works
To provide the fastest and most cost-effective support, we follow a parts-first service approach whenever possible.
1. Initial Troubleshooting
Customers submit photos and details of their heater and may complete a short service call or emails with our team. Many issues can be resolved without sending the heater in.
2. Parts Replacement (Preferred)
If applicable, replacement parts are shipped directly to the customer to minimize downtime and avoid unnecessary shipping delays.
3. Send-In Service (If Required)
If remote troubleshooting isn’t sufficient, we may recommend sending the heater to our service centre for inspection and repair.
Please note: sending a heater in may result in longer turnaround times compared to parts replacement.

3. 30-Day DOA & Manufacturer’s Warranty
Within 30 days of delivery, Polar Pal offers:
• Free replacement parts (upon inspection)
• Free diagnostics
• Free shipping if the heater is sent to our service centre
• Parts-first resolution whenever possible

4. Limited 1-Year Parts Warranty
After the initial 30-day period and within the 1-year limited parts warranty, we offer:
• Free replacement parts for approved warranty issues
• Free diagnostics
• Troubleshooting support prior to any send-in service
Shipping Policy:
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from the service centre if a heater is sent in
• Replacement parts are provided at no cost (shipping of parts may apply)
Labour (if sent in):
• Hourly shop rate
Warranty coverage applies to heaters used correctly and maintained according to Polar Pal guidelines.

5. Post-Warranty Maintenance & Repairs
Once the warranty period has ended, Polar Pal offers a full paid service and maintenance.
Full Diagnostic & Maintenance Service Includes:
• Complete system inspection
• Performance diagnostics
• Carbon clean-out (if required)
• Replacement recommendations provided before work proceeds
Service Fee: Hourly shop rate + parts
Customers will be contacted with a quote outlining any recommended parts before repairs are completed.
